There is! And it’s just like the American version, except we have no idea who or what these men are talking about.

Debuting in August of 2010 on ESPN UK, PTI UK features Mark Chapman and Steve Bunce cheekily bantering back and forth just like a British version of Wilbon and Kornheiser would. Again, we have little to no idea what is going on here, but, strangely, we cannot stop watching.
Update: We’ve been alerted to the fact that there’s an Australian PTI as well, and yes, it is also delightful.
