Dan Le Batard During Heat Rant: “Not A Lot Of People Know This, But Bin Laden Was From Boston”

Some people thought the Miami Heat celebrated too much after they vanquished the Boston Celtics in the second round of the playoffs. Miami radio host/columnist Dan Le Batard heard those complaints. How did he respond? Fire up “O Fortuna” and take a listen:

It’s not the first time, of course, that Le Batard has broken out the “O Fortuna crazed rant” tactic, and this performance ranked right up there on the insanity scale, with its references to George Jetson, women getting naked because of cocaine, and of course, the claim that Osama bin Laden was from Boston.

Among all the weirdness, though, he made a few salient points – specifically, mocking the ever-overblown notion that LeBron James isn’t “clutch” (“LeBron can’t close anything…except for everybody’s MOUTH!”). Oh, and also a reminder that Antoine Dodson rexists. The segment had it all, really…hear it above.
