Guess Which NBA Owner Sang A Song About Poopy Diapers At Jones Beach Today?

You may not know this, but New York Knicks owner and Cablevision CEO James Dolan has a band called “JD and the Straight Shot.” He takes this band very seriously, performs with them fairly regularly, and has songs on iTunes. And yes, all of this is exactly as crazy as it sounds.

Today, we got an emailed tip from a reader who spotted Dolan (sorry, “JD the Killer”) performing at Jones Beach. Here is the email, unchanged.

Just saw James Dolan open up for aretha Franklin at jones beach. hilarious.

He sang a song about his 1year old shitting his diaper. The track is called “the motherload.” He also sang “fix the Knicks.”

Introduced himself as jd the killer. Then said “I’m going to be doing original songs and songs done by other bands in the past.” Oh, and the funniest part was that he replaced Al Green.

The tipster sent along video of Dolan singing “Fix the Knicks,” which we’ll upload later.  No video yet of “Motherload,” unfortunately.
