If he is high, good for him. The only idiot I see in all of this is Dan Fogarty for continuing to treat smoking pot as some sort of moral, social failing.

Just how WRONG people who think that way are is proven by Phelps, whose pot indulgence hasn’t prevented him from reaching the top of his game and staying there.
