Here’s The Milwaukee Brewers’ Nyjer Morgan Getting Taken Over By His Crazy Alter Ego
Nyjer Morgan of the Milwaukee Brewers hit the game-winning double with two outs in the bottom of the ninth (he thought it was the eighth) against the New York Mets. Morgan said, “Seriously… I thought it was the bottom of the eighth. I guess it worked out, and a good thing for us.” But that’s not the lede; watch this post-game interview of Morgan’s.
Morgan is all kinds of crazy in this video. That’s not far from the truth; Morgan has an alter-ego, Tony Plush, who moonlights mainly on Twitter, but last night he hijacked that interview. Morgan starts off sounding like Al Roker, but once Prince Fielder gives him a mini Gatorade bath, something happens.
Plush on camera is a sight to behold; he brings the pain, HAAAHR! No need to spoil this gem if you can decipher it, but he’s the most elated person I’ve ever seen (I’ll leave it at that). I also think he gives himself a technical foul.
The video reaches another level thanks to the white guy, completely out of his element, interviewing him.
