Worst Boyfriend Ever? Guy Ducks Out Of Way, Girlfriend Gets Hit By Fly Ball (Video)

A young woman was struck in the arm by a Chris Johnson fly ball during last night’s Astros – Braves game at Minute Maid Park. The reason? Her lionhearted boyfriend jumped out of the way of the ball, because he “lost it in the lights.”

The guy, identified later as “Bo,” was then reamed on by Astros announcers for a solid two minutes, scolded for his lack of a gentleman’s backbone.

“I think [the girlfriend] is owed a nice steak dinner,” said one of the announcers.

As the “chivalry is dead” proclamations continued, an Astros reporter interviewed the couple, further putting our flighty champion on the spot.

“The ball was coming up and I was going to catch it and it was in the lights and I lost track of it,” he said.

The reporter then asked his girlfriend, Sarah, if Bo’s dive job was foreshadowing the future.

“Hmm, maybe I do have to reconsider this, babe,” she said.
