Yankee Panky: Some Clarifications About The Yankee Stadium Bathroom Sex Story

Last week, Deadspin posted a video of a couple having sex in a Yankee Stadium bathroom stall. Before you click on anything, be warned: the grainy cell phone footage, which was taken by a member of the small crowd that had gathered around the stall in question, prominently features a bare-assed man in a CC Sabathia jersey.

At the time, the tipster who had sent Deadspin the video said the couple had been going at it from the “2nd through the 4th or 5th inning,” which is astounding. But that fact is now being disputed, by way of “a source with knowledge of the Yankee panky,” via the Daily News. (Love you, Daily News.)

“It didn’t go on for two innings. [It] lasted about 10-15 minutes.”

“They were not season ticket holders, they were cheap tickets in the bleachers from a broker,” the source said of the man wearing a CC Sabathia jersey and his battery mate.

The source also denied an earlier report that a Yankee guard did nothing to stop the romp.

“A customer called security and they were shown out of the stadium by security. They were both pretty drunk.”

So, there you go. They weren’t even season ticket holders, just your everyday StubHub riffraff. Surely, if they had been members of the Legends Suite upper crust, they would have taken the time to at least put down a toilet seat cover before going to town on each other in a Yankee Stadium bathroom.
