2010 NBA Draft Results: John Wall Already 16th Most Talked-About Player In NBA, Turner 22nd
Despite not yet playing in a game, top NBA draft picks John Wall and Evan Turner are the 16th and 22nd most-talked about players in the league, respectively.
The surprisingly high debut rankings for the #1 and 2 draft picks are due to a number of factors, including: the amount of media attention surrounding the draft, their internet buzz, and the fact that they are projected to have an immediate impact in their rookie seasons.
Other notable Power Grid debuts as a result of last night’s draft: DeMarcus Cousins (#30), Derrick Favors (#43), Wesley Johnson (#61), and Greg Monroe (#66).
