Just Bill Walton In Tiny Shorts On His Way To A Grateful Dead Show, Nothing To See Here

NBA legend and current TV analyst Bill Walton is known for his hippie-ish cultural leanings — he was supposedly the only UCLA player that John Wooden allowed to smoke weed, and in the 1970s he may or may not have harbored radical activists that were wanted by the FBI — so it’s no surprise that he was (and still is) a Deadhead. This photo shows him and an unidentified gentleman on their way to a 1978 show.
