The Hawks Exit The Playoffs, But Not Before Flipping Off Boston’s Fans

After a 83-80 loss to the Celtics in Thursday night’s Game 6, the Hawks are going home. But not before letting Boston know how they feel.

That’s Hawks rookie Ivan Johnson, who, after a solid rookie season, had a horrible time in the playoffs (a horrible time that culminated in bench-warming duties last night). So, in addition to the fact that his team lost, he’s got a little extra frustration pent up. And what better way to alleviate that pent-up frustration — and head into summer vacation —

than by flipping off a dude in a Celtics jersey?

Now, we can probably all agree that whoever this dude in the Celtics jersey is, he probably did something to deserve having Ivan Johnson’s giant middle finger waived in his face. We can agree on that, right? Even if you’re from Boston, we can agree on that.

Up next for the Celtics: the 76ers, who put the Bulls out of their misery last night. Maybe, if this fan catches him at the right moment, he can get Lou Williams to spit on him or something.
