Player Who Never Gets To Play Makes Great Trick-Shot Video With All Of That Free Time He Has
It’s probably fair to say that most casual NBA fans have no idea who Jon Brockman is. Really, why should they? In his three years in the league he’s averaging just 2.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in 11 minutes per game. It’s probably safe to say that most Milwaukee Bucks aren’t even all that familiar with his work. But, with a little trickery and plenty of time to waste, Brockman is becoming an Internet sensation as the “Trick Shot Monster.”
Brockman is known for using props during his trick shots, including over-sized boxing gloves and a Segway Scooter (“Paul Blart style”), plus some spectacular stunt shots from way up in the rafters. It’s a shame that there’s a rule against shooting the ball from 100-plus rows behind the court. I mean, if that were legal, Brockman might actually lead the league in scoring. Oh well.
