Metta World Peace’s Latest Canadian Adventure: Hanging With Random Old People

Metta World Peace is still up in Canada filming a Lifetime movie, and he’s still documenting his time up there for us every step of the way. He’s already done plenty, like give one of the weirdest (and best) local TV weather reports ever given, but as you might expect, for Metta World Peace, plenty is still never enough. So there he was last night, sharing with his Twitter followers another way he’s spent some of his time north of the border… hanging out with an old couple that is, to the best of our knowledge, completely random:

There can’t be many people who could pull this off – the woman looks downright thrilled about being with this guy whom we’d have to guess she had never met before that day. We’d have loved to see World Peace work his charm on these folks – who really do, especially based on a photo he subsequently tweeted, seem to be a cute couple. Well, unless he got them to pose like that, which you can’t totally rule out. Or maybe they’re even in the movie.

Speaking of the movie – one has to think World Peace will have a pretty sizable role in it. The weather report in Vancouver was over a month ago, so he’s been traveling to and from there for a while now. So he’s either filming a lot, or he just keeps going back for the hell of it. Again, this is Metta World Peace, so you can’t be exactly sure which one it is. Either way, though, we’re looking forward to his movie debut, as well as seeing whatever he does next in between filming.
