Your First Look At The Brooklyn Nets In Action, Sort Of

The NBA season doesn’t actually begin for another month, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait to see what the newfangled Brooklyn Nets will look like.

Thanks to the magic of NBA 2K13 (in stores October 2nd), we can get a sneak peak at what the Nets, their jerseys, and new All-Star shooting guard Joe Johnson will look like when they suit up this season at the Barclays Center. Take a look:

Kind of plain, no? I mean, winning solves plainness (How much would we hate the Boston Celtics’ jerseys if not for Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Paul Pierce, etc.?), this is really plain. Time will tell, obviously, but damn. Not off to a good start.
