A Michigan Football Recruit Burned A Letter From Ohio State To Clear Up Commitment Confusion

They say the recruiting business is dicey, at best. Verbal commitments hardly deter other schools from poaching players. Even in the Big Ten, which supposedly preserves a “gentlemen’s agreement” to avoid such encroaching, the line is sometimes crossed. When offensive lineman Logan Tuley-Tillman, the No. 13 ranked offensive tackle in the class of 2013, verbally committed to the Michigan Wolverines in February, Urban Meyer and Ohio State were still apparently hot on his trail, burning to flip the recruit. So Tuley-Tillman decided to fight fire with fire.

Yep, that would be a letter from Ohio State pictured above, and Tuley-Tillman holding its burning remains. Maybe he went four steps too far, but his allegiance is now abundantly clear. So for all you Michigan fans out there, it looks like you’ve got a true Wolverine on your hands. Just hope this doesn’t happen too often.

Gosh, nothing like being true to your school, I guess Coach Meyer should save his postage on this particular recruit.    THIS IS MICHIGAN!!!
