USC’s Dion Bailey Rides LaMichael James Like A Horsie
This might be the most, ahem, creative way yet we’ve seen to slow down the Oregon offense. Late in the first half of tonight’s game against USC, running back LaMichael James couldn’t get up off the turf…because the Trojans’ Dion Bailey wouldn’t let him. As James picked himself up, Bailey simply climbed on his back and refused to get off. Oregon coach Chip Kelly (and James himself, it appeared) were less than thrilled with this bit of gamesmanship, but as of this writing, USC’s up 31-14 (UPDATE: make that 38-14) on the fourth-ranked Ducks. Can’t argue with the results, we guess.
