Harvey Updyke’s “Roll Damn Tide!” Is Probably The Most Defiant Ending To A Radio Interview Ever

Earlier, we told you about accused Auburn tree poisoner Harvey Updyke’s emotional interview on the Paul Finebaum radio show. But although Updyke sounded like a broken man, he ended his interview on a defiant note.

“Paul, I got to say one thing before I get off the air,” said the most hated man in Alabama, and one who is likely to serve time in prison. “Probably gonna make some people mad but I gotta do it Paul.”

Dramatic pause.

“Roll damn Tide!”
