Here’s Some Footage Of The Brawl Between UCLA and USC Fans (VIDEO)

Yesterday, before the UCLA-USC football game, a huge brawl broke out, resulting in stabbings, three arrests, and injured police offers. It was sparked by a football accidentally hitting a parked Mercedes Benz. I’ve now found visceral some proof of the fight.

This video surfaced on Youtube, and it features a shirtless fan sprinting into the fracas and attacking another shirtless fan. His motive is unclear, as well, they both went skins. Judging by the victim’s alertness, it wouldn’t appear that this was one of the stabbings.

About 40 fans of both schools fought at about 4:20 p.m. in a grassy part of Brookside Golf Course that the stadium uses for event parking, Pasadena police Cmdr. Darryl Qualls said.

One person was stabbed in the cheek and the other was stabbed in the back during the melee some three hours before the crosstown-rivalry game between the Bruins and Trojans was set to start, Qualls said. Both were taken by ambulance to Huntington Memorial Hospital. He described their condition as stable.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the brawl, but police said the school rivalry and tailgate party drinking were major factors.

“The fans are pretty passionate about their football teams,” Qualls said. [Rivals]

Three men were arrested and one is being charged for attempted murder. 4:20 in Southern California, “party drinking,” and a golf course: when a football hits a black benz, shit hits the fan. No word yet on whether or not 4Loko or Teague Egan were present. Oh yeah, USC won the game 28-14.
