When (Allegedly) Getting Drunk And Grabbing A Male Subordinate’s Crotch At A Party Goes Wrong

In an exclusive report filed to Wisconsin’s ABC affiliate, WKOW, a source has alleged that former Wisconsin associate athletic director John Chadima – who resigned his position shortly after coming back from the football team’s Rose Bowl trip — grabbed a male subordinate’s crotch at a boozy Rose Bowl-week party in southern California.

The source told 27 News Chadima’s actions with the victim involved “grabbing his crotch.” A second source with knowledge of the review said the victim was reluctant at some point to continue to pursue reporting what happened, although a report to university officials was originally made.

According to the source, who had knowledge of an independent panel’s review of Chadima’s alleged grabbiness, everyone at the party (including the alleged victim) was drinking. Beyond the fact that Chadima is accused of grabbing the subordinate, not much is known; there was a previous WKOW report that said Chadima was drunk at the party and took part in “embarrassing” actions.

As of now, there’s no evidence that a criminal complaint was filed in California, where the alleged crotch-grabbing took place.
