Redskins’ Albert Haynesworth Accused Of Grabbing Waitress’ Chest, Downward Spiral Continues

It was a rough weekend for Albert Haynesworth. The disgruntled Washington Redskins star has been accused of grabbing a waitress’ chest inappropriately early Sunday morning, after also being charged for an alleged road rage incident on Saturday morning.

If the accusations involving the waitress turn out to be true, then Haynesworth will have completed his transformation into the gold standard for entitled, ugly athletes. The media will have a new boogeyman, and the beating will be harsh.

But we’re not there yet, nor should we be, until all of the facts come in.

Haynesworth’s agent is vehemently denying the fondling incident ever took place.

“There seems to be no truth to these allegations,” agent Chad Speck said. “We are currently evaluating facts and considering our own legal action against those involved.”

The report was first broken by NBC Washington, which obtained a police report filed at 5:15AM Sunday. According to the report, the waitress (who works at the W Hotel in Washington) says that her hands were full with empty glasses as she cleared tables at 1:30 in the morning.

She alleges that Subject 1 (Haynesworth) asked if he could slip his credit card in her blouse. She obliged, and Subject 1 responded by allegedly getting creepy:

She nodded her head yes and, according to the report, she said he then placed the card into her blouse gently, sliding the card further into her left side of the blouse and then started to caress her breast.

The US Attorney’s office is investigating the incident to see what charges (if any) can be brought against Haynesworth. He’s due in court on March 31st.
