The Jacksonville Jaguars may not be on their way to a Super Bowl, but defensive end Austen Lane is well on his way to becoming our favorite NFL player. Just check out his “Monday Schedule”… bro! Even the title of this thing is hilarious.

We’re definitely going to start looking out for a 9 a.m. inspirational tweet-quote featuring the words “shine” and “grind.” Also enjoy the 15 minute ab workout concluded with an Instagram pic (of course, in sepia tones). And the optional Instagram pic after the upper body workout is a smart move, too. No one wants to get pigeon-holed into two Instagram photos – could become too burdensome.

Hopefully Tuesday features candid Instagram pics by the pool after a workout-swimming session, followed by optional Instagram pics after playing NBA 2K12 with Blaine Gabbert.
