Brett Favre Might Have To Answer Embarrassing Questions About His (Alleged) Penis Photos In Court

Brett Favre’s lawyers are claiming that the former NFL great shouldn’t have to address embarrassing claims about his personal life made in a lawsuit by two former Jets massage therapists. When you’re Brett Favre, “embarrassing claims about [your] personal life” mean acknowledging whether or not that was really your penis in those Deadspin photos.
The gunslinger, who could only enjoy his peaceful post-NFL existence for so long before being reminded about that ugly penis photo business, is currently being sued by two women who claim he sent them suggestive texts when he was a member of the Jets. According to the women, they objected to the nature of the texts — essentially, they say Favre was asking for more than just a massage — and when one of their husbands demanded an apology from the former MVP, they lost their gigs with the team.
Massage therapists Shannon O’Toole and Christina Scavo say they were called to give massages at the Jets training camp and to various players individually, until they ran afoul of Favre.
During the 2008 preseason, the lawsuit alleges, the now-retired three-time NFL MVP sent another woman a text message asking to get together with her and Scavo, followed by another text saying, “I guess I have bad intentions.”
After Scavo’s husband asked Favre to apologize, she and O’Toole lost gigs with the Jets, the suit says. They are seeking unspecified damages.
O’Toole and Scavo’s lawyer is trying to paint a picture of Favre’s conduct, and wants him to admit — in court — that he sent former Jets employee Jenn Sterger cell phone photos of his penis. Those photos of Favre’s alleged penis appeared on Deadspin, and the NFL later fined Favre $50,000 for not being forthright with them during their investigation of the matter.
Favre’s lawyers, meanwhile, are calling the request to have Brett answer questions about his (alleged) dong in court “nonsensical.”
And yes, having to admit that he sent someone dick pix — in court — would indeed be the most embarrassing few minutes of Brett Favre’s life. We’ll keep you updated on whether or not he’ll actually have to do that.
