Dan Patrick Had A Very Awkward Interview With Marshall Faulk This Morning

Marshall Faulk‘s appearance on the Dan Patrick Show Wednesday was marked by slurred words, agitation, and general awkwardness on the part of the NFL Network analyst and NFL Hall of Fame running back.

Host Dan Patrick asked Faulk several times if he was tired, to which Faulk insisted he had gotten plenty of sleep and that he’d “been up since 7:00.” The most bizarre interaction occurs around the 5:00 minute mark of the interview (see video below) when Patrick addresses the possibility of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck succeeding as a broadcaster — which angers Faulk in a bizarre manner.

Definitely somewhat awkward at times, but not too awkward. I would have to guess that these two don’t have a great history together or something, or Marshall was in a bad mood.
