F**k You Joe Buck

Buck is, for some reason, a polarizing figure in sports broadcasting. Some people find him smarmy. Some people think he favors the Cardinals. Some think he favors the Yankees. Some think he favors himself. But just about everyone who watches MLB or the NFL on Fox has an opinion, good or bad, about the son of St. Louis broadcasting legend, Jack Buck.

No matter what people think, Buck keeps getting tapped for the big games, as he and booth buddy Troy Aikman will be calling Super Bowl XLVIII. Funny or Die chose to highlight the Buck detractors, however, by getting people to throw pizza at him while trying to film some sort of faux “I Love NY” promo video. We just like watching people curse at him, and seeing him curse back.

People in sports media are a loathsome lot. With career aspirations ranging from, “I want to get into sports events for free,” and “I want to eat copious amounts of food paid for by others” and the time-honored, “I don’t care about doing well in school…I just like sports,” it’s no wonder these cretins of human existence get pizza thrown at them.

Yet you come to a website based entirely around this “loathsome lot.” Jealousy breeds contempt.

Joe Buck is a polarizing person. His points of view clash with the common football viewers. Troy Aikman is good but I fell that Tory is held back by Joe Bucks comments and butting in while Tory is commenting. I have many friend, loyal NFL followers and when anyone brings up Joe Bucks name the next thing we hear is “where did this guy come from?” and “I can’t stomach him”. “Sorry Joe but you must GO!”
