An NFL Player Spends The Weekend With A Porn Star

The New England Patriots had a bye this past weekend, so second-year tight end Rob Gronkowski had some time to himself. He spent at least part of that time with a porn star, which we suppose is as good a way as any to spend your day off.

Gronkowski met up with some college friends from the University of Arizona, where he played ball for the Wildcats before turning pro. Through one of those friends, he met Bibi Jones, an adult film star who shows tremendous upside according to Complex.com’s meticulously-put-together list of the the 100 Hottest Porn Stars (link is technically safe for work, but you probably don’t want to be caught looking at it by your boss, due to the porny subject matter).

Gronkowski is trying to earn some social media cred, and since Jones boasts an impressive Twitter following on her @xxxBiBiJones account, he posed for a Twitpic with her in what looks to be someone’s condo. Later, he posed for another photo, this one without a shirt.

Naturally, eyebrows were raised — when you couple a shirtless tight end with a self-proclaimed “20 year old pornslut,” that tends to happen — but both Gronkowski and Jones got something out of it: he picked up some Twitter followers, while she got some pub.

Part of that pub included an interview on Boston sports radio station 98.5 The Sports Hub, where she said nothing happened, and that Gronkowski was a “gentleman.” I think this is pornspeak for “I did not have sex with Rob Gronkowski.”

A few other sports-related things we learned during that interview:

- Gronkowski carries one of his jerseys around with him “for times like this,” which is both terrible and hilarious.

- Jones claims to have slept with the Don Juan of Twitter himself, Paul Bissonnette. Although Bissonnette has denied it, Jones maintained that they shared something special (“I did screw him,” she says).

- Jones claimed that she has slept with Dan Uggla, and a bunch of married athletes. She is introduced to these athletes through an agent friend of hers that uses her to get new clients, which is both terrible and depressing.
