WATCH: Vikings Running Back Injured After Collision With Teammate

Last week, Vikings quarterback Tarvaris Jackson collided with running back Adrian Peterson while dropping back in the pocket. This led to a spectacularly failed handoff, some laughs at their expense (note the title of the above video), and…Peterson missing last night’s game against the Bears with a thigh injury.

No, it wasn’t all laughs for the Vikings, who played most of last night’s game severely undermanned thanks in large part to Peterson’s injury (Jackson didn’t play either, but that was because of turf toe)…and consequently, wound up losing 40-14. For the Vikings, this season cannot end quickly enough.
