Saints Tight End Jimmy Graham Is Really, Really Good

Drew Brees is a phenomenal quarterback, but you don’t put up the kind of numbers he has (and they are truly staggering numbers) without some great players around you. And this season, Saints tight end Jimmy Graham has emerged as one of the best. Coming into today’s game against the Panthers, he’d put up 91 catches, 1,213 yards, and 10 touchdowns on the season, and he’s only added to those numbers today…making possibly his best play of the year in the process.

That would be the play you see below. Graham would add a touchdown catch to finish the drive off, but any time to you stiff-arm a defender with one hand and make a catch with the other, that’s the play that’s going to stand out. And considering this is only Graham’s second year in the league, he’s probably got a lot of plays like that left in him. Brees and Saints fans are salivating. NFC South defensive coordinators are not. Video below.
