Of Course There Was Tebowing At The ESPYs

People tend to think the ESPYs are sort of lame. People also tend to think this about Tebowing. So we suppose it was only natural that when Lindsey Vonn and Robert Griffin III presented the ESPY for Best Moment, and Tim Tebow and Demaryius Thomas won for their 80-yard touchdown pass to stun the Steelers in overtime of the teams’ playoff game in January, Vonn felt compelled to commemorate the moment like so:

Come for the Tebowing (on heels, which made it a particularly difficult Tebow), stay for the ensuing awkwardness when Vonn only says Tebow’s name and Tebow gestures toward Thomas as if to say, “Hey, he was the one who scored! Acknowledge him, too!” We’d say Tebow was more inclined to give Thomas his due since Thomas has been speaking more favorably of him lately, but Tebow clearly would have only said nice things about Thomas either way, since that’s how Tebow rolls.

Also, before we finish up here, and no offense to Vonn, but a brief message, from SportsGrid to Everyone: if you didn’t Tebow again, like, ever, that would be pretty cool.
