Morning Links: Kenny Chesney, Seducer Of ESPN Sideline Reporters
While you were sleeping, SportsGrid was up all night watching TV and searching the internet for links to help get your day started. Today, Kenny Chesney and Jenn Brown’s rumored fling, LeGarrette Blount gets punchy again, and Tim Tebow injury news.
Star Magazine is reporting that Kenny Chesney is cheating on his girlfriend with Jenn Brown, ESPNer and the heir to Erin Andrews‘ throne as cute college football sideline reporter.
Titans rookie LeGarrette Blount apologized to coach Jeff Fisher for punching a teammate at the end of practice yesterday, but Fisher said the apology “wasn’t necessary,” since people punch each other all the time in training camp. In case you’re just joining us, Blount was suspended during his senior season for doing this:
In other training camp news, Tim Tebow apparently injured his ribs in that heroic run into the endzone. Also, All-Pro fatty Albert Haynesworth was sidelined due to the “lingering effects of dehydration.” No word yet if the “lingering effects of a bacon double cheeseburger” had anything to do with it as well.
Finally, if you haven’t already seen them yet, check out the videos of Antonio Cromartie trying to name his kids, and a bull jumping into the stands at a bullfight in Spain. The first is terrifying in a “social issues” kind of way, the second is terrifying in an “Oh my God, there’s a bull in the stands” kind of way.
Check back in with SportsGrid all day to satisfy your sports-meets-pop-culture sensibilities.
