SportsGrid’s Bonus Top Tweets Of The Morning: Seahawks-Packers Rage Edition

You know the Packers lost to the Seahawks last night on a last-second touchdown that was the result of an already-infamous blown call (really, multiple blown calls, but we’ll stick to focusing on the baffling decision to award Golden Tate the touchdown when he didn’t appear to have nearly enough control of the ball to be credited with a catch). If you’re a Packers fan, you’re probably pretty angry about this.
But you know who’s even more angry than you, Packers fans? Packers players. And they weren’t the only ones – just about everyone weighed in on the controversy, and just about everyone had the same thing to say. Here, let us prove it to you, via an extra edition of our recurring top tweets of the morning feature.
1. Packers lineman T.J. Lang was angry.
Got fucked by the refs.. Embarrassing. Thanks nfl
— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012
Fuck it NFL.. Fine me and use the money to pay the regular refs.
— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012
Any player/coach in Seattle that really thinks they won that game has zero integrity as a man and should be embarrassed.
— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012
Also, he’ll probably have a bit less money soon after the NFL has its way with him over this outburst, but as Lang himself might say… fuck it. He deserved to blow off that steam.
Former players were angry.
These games are a joke.

LeBron James was angry.
I simply just LOVE the NFL to much to see these mistakes. I’m sick like I just played for the Packers
— LeBron James (@KingJames) September 25, 2012
It was something both sides of the political spectrum could agree on.
That was the worst called NFL game I have ever seen. The worst, and it ended on the worst call I’ve seen.
— EdMorrissey (@EdMorrissey) September 25, 2012
Absolutely an interception.
— Christopher Hayes (@chrislhayes) September 25, 2012
Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson: not angry.
WOW!!! What a game!! Love our guys for battling all the way to the end and never giving up! #Seahawks
— Pete Carroll (@PeteCarroll) September 25, 2012
Great win and way to finish! Never ever give up! Defense was lights out! #12thman was crazy loud! @seahawks #gohawks
— Russell Wilson(@DangeRussWilson) September 25, 2012
If any of you have Packer fan friends and are in a trollin’ mood… well, you’ve got some things to work with.
