Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma is suing NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for defamation. The complaint was filed in Louisiana court, and alleges that Goodell “made public statements concerning Vilma which were false, defamatory and injurious … to Vilma’s professional and personal reputation.”

Remember that SNL sketch when Eli Manning hosted a couple weeks ago, where he went in for a motion capture session for Madden in which he was supposed to demonstrate his signature touchdown celebration, but wound up pantomiming making a sandwich, dropping the sandwich, then picking the sandwich back up and eating it when he makes sure no one’s looking?
