Rob Gronkowski Proves That Raising Money For Charity Can Still Be Gross And Uncomfortable

The indomitable Rob Gronkowski, whose partying is by turns amusing and disturbing, took a break from all of that to raise some money for the Boston Children’s Hospital at teammate Zoltan Mesko’s yearly “ZoliOke” party. But never fear — he still found a way to make the fundraiser sexxxay. The Boston Herald was on the scene:
There was an auction held with the highest bidder getting to sing with the Pats tight end, who just came to terms on a new six-year $54 million extension. The winning bid was $2,500, and a woman was on stage as Gronk ripped into “Sexy and I Know It” by LMFAO. He moved around on stage, swivelled his hips, and danced a bit as he sang.
Sure. Busted Coverage, however, has photos from an attendee’s Twitter feed, and they suggest that the Herald’s coverage of Gronk’s performance was rather, um, coy.

Oh, boy. Looks like Gronk can’t be tamed, even for charity. For my money, the best part of the coverage is this comment on the Herald story from “Lisa greenwood”:
The woman on stage with Gronk was me!! There were actually 2 of us! They agreed to let us both do it since we were the highest bidders. I am wAiting for the video from my friend!! Was a great night for a greAt charity!!! I got Gronk’d!!!
Getting Gronk’d for the children. It’s a thing.
