Punter Steve Weatherford (And His Drums) Had A Fantastic Time At The Giants’ Parade Today

Steve Weatherford is quickly turning into one of our favorite Giants. We loved him for being that excited (and cursing that clearly) about going to the Super Bowl, and now that he’s actually won it, he’s outdone himself. Every player, we’d imagine, enjoys being part of a victory parade. Few enjoy it to this extent:

We can forgive him for not saying anything especially interesting in that clip. Why? Well, he’s marching along the parade route wearing his helmet and playing a bass drum. What more could you want? We sort of want good things to keep happening to the Giants just to see how Weatherford responds to them. Our suggestion, Steve: if you’re ever lucky enough to be in another one of these parades, take the crash cymbals and violently clang them repeatedly while you run through crowds of people in a haphazard fashion. You’ll get away with it.
