Baltimore Raven Leaves Tom Brady Off His Pro Bowl Ballot, Just To Piss Him Off

According to Terrell Suggs, Ryan Fitzpatrick is the third best quarterback in the AFC, and Tom Brady isn’t number one or two. The dust has clearly not settled from the tiff that began when Brady and Suggs got into it during a game earlier this season. Oh, and after the game.

The Patriots won 23-20, and the media has feasted on the back-and-forth that occurred between two guys who clearly don’t like each other very much. Today, Suggs placed his votes for the Pro Bowl, and it birthed both a wonderful lead and potential bulletin board material for Brady should the two meet in the playoffs.

From Yahoo’s Michael Silver:

Terrell Suggs sat on a lounge chair in a crowded restaurant Monday night, devouring a calamari appetizer and baiting Tom Brady as only he can.

Suggs, the Ravens’ star pass rusher – not to mention the NFL’s loudest Brady-basher – had filled out his Pro Bowl ballot earlier that day. He was asked who he’d selected at the quarterback position.

“Philip Rivers,” he answered. “Peyton Manning.”

He paused for effect.

“And Ryan Fitzpatrick.”

Brady has 31 touchdowns, 4 interceptions, and has a strong case for the MVP award. Ryan Fitzpatrick? He’s on a 4-10, last-place Bills team. Suggs could’ve at least gone with, say, Matt Cassel.

Did Suggs wish he had admire Fitzpatrick’s Ivy League pedigree? Does he dream of going to Harvard one day? Or does Suggs think that Uggs are for posers? No, Suggs probably just wishes Brady was on his team. And that he had a fresh lemon and some marinara sauce for all that octopus.

I cant stand either team but it is time for Suggs to grow up. We get it, you don’t like them. But you look ridiculous and idiotic now. Not funny

I agree with ^^^, to a degree. I like the Patriots but I respect the Ravens. There’s only one team I ‘can’t stand’ in each sport. In the NFL, it’s the Jets. In the NBA it’s the Lakers. In the NHL it’s the Canadiens. And in baseball it’s the Yankees. But of all the teams that the Patriots could face in the playoffs, the Ravens come closest to ‘worrying’ me. Not that they do worry me; just that they come close.
