Meeting Victor Cruz (and dorky Eli Manning, who looks so dorky in his dorky suit)? Check. Getting to bust out a few steps of his patented salsa dance with him? Check. Getting overcome with emotion, which spills out in uncontrollable tears of joy because of the whole experience? Well, I’m sure that wasn’t on the list, but we’ll put a check mark down for that as well.

This had to be a confusing sequence for her family. Are those tears of joy, or tears of angst, or tears of anger that the apex of her sports fandom happened at such a young age? Someone even asks, “You’re happy?”

@Katrina I know, right! Every time my friends and I get together on football Sunday, all of my girl friends–most of whom don’t know much about football–want to know if Eli (and Brady) is playing. This is devastating and deeply puzzling for some of the guys, who are Philly and Cowboy fans.
