An NFL Player Is Shut Down At The Strip Club

All Vince Young wanted to do was make it rain.

On July 12th, 2010, he was at Onyx, a Dallas strip club off of the Northwest Highway, and it was getting to be that time of night when he would shower some female dancers with dollar bills. Except he didn’t have any dollar bills, which presents a problem when one wants to make it rain.

So the former Texas Longhorn and current Philadelphia Eagle allegedly went over to one of the managers of the club, a man named Creiton Kinchen, and made a request.

Creiton was working minding his own business in the “cage” area dealing with an employee on credit card issues, when suddenly and without provocation, an intoxicated Vince Young began cursing and making derogatory remarks to Creiton because Creiton refused to sell Vince Young $8,000 (Eight thousand dollars) in $1.00 (One dollar denominations) using Vince Young’s credit card. It was Vince Young intention to use the $1.00 bills to tip and throw money at the dancers who would entertain him and his party that evening.

I’m assuming the “cage area” is just that: a place where strippers dance in captivity. Anyway, Young’s request for dollar bills was denied, and a fight broke out. Young would emerge with a citation for assault, and on Tuesday, Kinchen filed a lawsuit against him in the Dallas county courthouse.

Kinchen is suing Young for assault with a deadly weapon, and by “deadly weapon” he means Young’s “fist and feet.” I’m sure his former Titans coaches would agree with the feet part. But the fists? Young’s whole arm area has never really been much of a threat, so that might be tougher to prove.

The ‘cage area’ much like in a casino is where the financial transactions take place.
