Why Tim Tebow Needs To Shed His Jesus Robe And Show Some Leg

The NFL has its superstar bad boy quarterbacks that us ladies love to see sweat: Tom Brady, who left his baby’s momma for Gisele, and Mark Sanchez, the NYC club kid, are just two that come immediately to mind.

Now the NFL has a new quarterback to add to its ranks, Tim Tebow, the charitable choir boy. Tebow’s religious image is going to play extremely well with the church-going segment of the NFL-watching public. But, let’s imagine for a second an alternate universe, where Tebow develops a naughty streak dripped in sexy, sexy sex.

Would it cause a backlash to the backlash? Tebow is loved because of his choir boyness, yes, but he’s also loathed because of it. The public has openly rooted against him by questioning the authenticity of his image and criticizing his throwing style, and most of the hate stems from how often we’re told how great he is. Why not flip the script a bit, Tim, and see where you land on the public’s ever-changing approval charts?

Tebow utilized his intense work ethic to alter his throwing style and won the favor of team owners with his moral values. He therefore convinced the Denver Broncos to take a risk on him, signing him to a five year, $33 million contract with $8.7 million in guaranteed money. In addition, he has also made a splash with an endorsement deal with Jockey. Now that he’s got the contract, and the endorsement, he can afford to act out a bit. No, we’re not talking dong shots, or acting like an idiot at Denver-area bars. Nothing that would put his rookie deal, or his undie endorsement, in jeopardy. All I’m saying, Tim, is you’ve got to throw the ladies something.

How about this as a first step: stripping down a bit in your first Jockey ad. Does he really expect to sell briefs without giving us a glimpse of that hot bod? Moreover, he needs to learn how to party with the other Broncos. He doesn’t need to go all Jeremy Shockey on us, but in order to get some respect in the locker room, he needs to show that he’s more than milk and cookies (We don’t need to touch on the V card. Abstinence is something he’s all about. But, seriously Tim, would it really be that detrimental to lose it to some Jezebelian pop singer?). The ladies will start to swoon when we see our bad boy come out of his shell.

So Tebow, here is some advice: keep your work ethic for success on the field, but shed the rest of that altar boy image. Show some skin in those Jockey ads. The NFL and its female fans will appreciate you for it.

Athletes can’t win with the media. If they beat their wives…kill dogs…knock people around in bars, take pics of themselves nude for all to see, you people condemn them…..if they don’t break laws and have outside interests that don’t include the sport they play…don’t get arrested….don’t get drunk and drive etc. you bash them for that too….

Well you got everything right but the growing up part.

Heather, you don’t get it. A lot of people in the NFL don’t get it either. Tim Tebow is the real deal. He may, or may not, have the skills for the NFL but I feel confident that he has the skills of being a “Man” that a lot of us guys need to live up to. The Bad Boy players you mentioned have shown success on the field but it still remains to be seen if they will be a success in life. I’d put my money on Tebow. Some people are feeling uncomfortable with Tim in the NFL. It’s kind of like when you go back to church after being gone for a long time. The NFL needs Tim Tebow a lot more than Tim Tebow needs the NFL.

Tebow is the biggest phony. Alligator tears don’t make it in the NFL. Almost aborted? I think his painted mother has a hard time keeping a straight face when he’s telling that one. The NFL boys will really be impressed with his virginity. How is that over inflated girlfriend of his these days? While Tebow touted his Christianity, guys like Bradford and McCoy quietly did a great deal of mission work. Did Tebow ever read about Alms?
