If you’re a fan of the site, then you’ve seen a startling rise in the number of athletes who dunk on small children, and/or block their shots during basketball games. You also know that I fully support this phenomenon.
There is no better way to teach a little kid how life works then by maliciously dunking on them, then letting out a primordial roar right in their face. It tells the tiny human that there are laws in this jungle, and they must be followed. Spanish national hero Pau Gasol is taking these lessons and teaching them abroad, going as far as to India to dunk on kids:
While slamming on them teaches them about natural selection, it also plants seeds of resentment and anger that will be nurtured as the child gets bigger and stronger, until the day comes when they dunk on you in the backyard at your 25th wedding anniversary party. As they scream obscenities at you in front of all of your guests, and you feebly struggle to pick yourself up off the ground (you may have also peed a little), you’ll know that the circle of life is complete.
