Hey, Want To See A Series-Winning Three With 0.9 Seconds Left On The Clock?

lillard winner

Damian Lillard has been “next” for a long time. After tonight, consider him NOW.

With the Trail Blazers down two late in Game 6 (as in, there was a mere 0.9 seconds left after an insanely lucky Chandler Parsons layup at the other end), Lillard got loose at the top of the key and launched a three at the buzzer. It went in. Game over, series over, goodbye Rockets.

Sure, LaMarcus Aldridge played out of his mind at the beginning of the series, it was a total team effort, etc. etc. But:

Enough said.
