Two weeks of NBA action are in the books, so you know what that means: It’s been two weeks since the season began. That’s really the only definitive thing we can say about this season so far.
Teams on the rise this week: the Spurs, who continue to impress despite nobody watching them; the Suns, who are wildly overachieving; the Celtics, who beat the Heat thanks to Jeff Green’s fantastic buzzer beater.
Teams on the decline this week: the Knicks, who lost Tyson Chandler to injury and apparently their will to compete for reasons unknown; the Rockets, who are experiencing some chemistry issues; the Bulls, who don’t look like themselves yet.
The Pacers are number one, again, because they look fantastic.
