If Mark Stein’s Twitter hasn’t been hacked and this is, in fact, actually being considered, it’d be huge. KG, Paul Pierce, and head coach Doc Rivers all end up on the Clippers, who only give up cash and draft picks, and Not having to trade Blake Griffin (despite being a perfect fit for the ginger mecca that is Boston, MA).
Great news for KG, Pierce, Rivers, and the Clippers. Not sure why Boston would do it (rebuilding around Jeff Green?) But hey, I’m a Knicks fan, I wouldn’t know what a successful NBA rebuilding process looks like.
What would that look like? Well, if the current roster stays relatively the same, here’s what we could be talking about:
PG Chris Paul
SG Paul Pierce
SF Blake Griffin
PF Kevin Garnett
C Deandre Jordan
There's a rising belief around the NBA that Doc, KG & Pierce all want to carry on as a trio in Clipperland if they can't roll on in Boston

All with HOF bound Doc Rivers on the sideline. Yea, huge. Especially considering that the Clippers showed some trouble in the offensive department this post season, this could be just the boost both parties needed. Assuming Dwight isn’t in the mix (that’s still a thriving rumor in and of itself).
