Alabama’s Loss To Oklahoma In The Sugar Bowl, As Told By Katherine Webb’s Face

  • Eric Goldschein

Remember when Alabama was the best college football team in the country for almost three straight years? That run is officially over, thanks to a 45-31 Sugar Bowl loss to Oklahoma last night. The game was closer than the final score made it seem, and yet the Crimson Tide was constantly trying to catch up to a Sooners squad that just seemed to have their number.

It was a particularly disastrous night for Alabama QB A.J. McCarron, who finished his college career with a three turnover performance, including a fumble in the final minute that was returned for a touchdown:

Oh, that’s right, Katherine Webb was in attendance! ESPN’s favorite girlfriend had plenty of great reactions throughout the game, so let’s take a lead from the Worldwide Leader and see how this game played out, via Katherine’s face:

The Tide has receded, the Sooners have risen, and A.J. is headed to the next level. We look forward to leering at you at an NFL stadium next year, Katherine.
