Every teenager in the Boston area has watched his four Boston-based sports teams win at least one championship in his lifetime.

That’s wicked awesome!

The Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots have all won championships in their respective sports over the past 10 years. And we hate that.

By hate, we obviously mean insane jealousy.

There might be no one tougher to hate than Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, but their success, along with their five-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, has our hate for Boston growing.

But with Brady closing in on 40 years old, along with the retirement of David Ortiz, we finally see the light at the end of that dark New England tunnel.

Really, though, we could just be opening up an opportunity for another city that’s not ours to win championships in multiple sports, causing us to hate that city more than Boston! (Yeah, I know, that might seem impossible right now, but still.)
