The Atlanta Falcons epic collapse in Super Bowl LI isn’t likely to be forgotten anytime soon, especially in the city itself. After blowing a 25-point-lead to the Patriots in the most watched television program in the country, the Falcons have seemingly set their city on a path toward the apocalypse.
At least, that’s how’s Twitter is spinning it.
On Wednesday, the Atlanta Journal Constitution posted this tweet, warning the residents of the city about a sinkhole on 5th street.

A sinkhole in the same city that watched the Patriots impossibly steal the Super Bowl out from underneath them after decades of devastating sports losses? Yeah. The jokes pretty much wrote themselves.
