Video: Chelsea Wins The Champions League Final On Penalty Kicks

Chelsea are your European champions, thanks to — who else? — Didier Drogba. After extra time refused to yield a winner, the Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich went to penalty kicks. And Drogba, one of the world’s best and the man who tied the game up in the 88th minute, won it for them.

It needs to be noted that Drogba went from hero to goat back to hero again. He scored the aforementioned game-tying goal, but caused a foul that led to a Bayern penalty kick in extra time. Luckily for Chelsea, a Petr Cech save paved the way for PKs, and Drogba put his hero hat back on.
