Mario Balotelli Sets Record For Money Spent In Club, Has New Girlfriend

Hey, remember how sad poor Mario Balotelli was after Italy’s loss in the Euro 2012 Finals? Missed it? No worries: you can see how sad he was right here. So sad.

Welp, luckily, the Manchester City striker has managed to get over his pain and go back to doing Mario Balotelli things: namely, running up insane bar tabs and dating ridiculously attractive women. The world is back to normal. Everybody, chill.

Balotelli, who’s expecting his first child with ex-girlfriend Raffaella Fico, was recently spotted with French model Vanessa Lawrens in Ibiza. It was also in Ibiza (which bills itself as the “party capital of the world,” thus ensuring that it will never be the party capital of the world) where he decided to spend a ton of money on booze and tables. Coincidentally, this is also a Mario Balotelli thing to do. (Another, less awesome Balotelli thing to do: introduce someone as your girlfriend, then spend the entire time talking to other women).

Balotelli booked the ‘Owner’s Bed’ which is described as the ultimate VIP experience and the most exclusive VIP bed in the venue which caters for up to 20 guests.

That’s a lot of Euros for most people. But for the dude who’s having the European version of Rob Gronkowski’s summer vacation? Not as big of a deal.
