Usain Bolt Prefers Thought Of Olympic Gold To Actual Company Of Smokin’ Hot Girlfriend

Hey, you have to respect the dedication. Usain Bolt wants to win more Olympic gold medals, even if that means breaking up with his super fine Slovakian girlfriend in order to focus on training. Something tells us that sounded like a much better idea in theory than it will be in practice.

Bolt and fashion designer Lubica Slovak had been dating for six months, and were previously described as “very much in love.” Well, you know what else Usain Bolt loves? Running super fast, breaking world records, and putting on gold medals. And in his heart, there is only room for one of these loves. So he dumped her.

According to the Daily Mail, a source close to Bolt said: “He will have plenty of time for relationships. At the moment he’s concentrating on his running career and doesn’t want anything to distract from that.”

If you asked us, we would probably try to juggle the training and the hot significant other, rather than picking one over the other. But hey, we’re not world-famous track stars with a serious chance at our sport’s highest accomplishment, so what do we know? For Usain’s sake, we hope that Olympic medal has the same luscious blonde hair and glowing skin as Slovak.

Sad stuff. But at least this proves that old cliche: “Behind every beautiful woman is a man who would rather train for the Olympics than be with her.”
