Over the weekend, reports came out that Lance Armstrong would admit to doping in an interview with Oprah Winfrey. The interview, however, was preempted by a brief Armstrong visit to Livestrong, the foundation from which he resigned in November. According to an anonymous source, Armstrong apologized and shed a few tears, but did not admit to doping outright.

Hey guys, more accusations against Lance Armstrong! This is really important news! He’s now facing a 1,000-page document to be released by the USADA which details his scheme to outmaneuver anti-doping agencies and rules for a number of years. 11 former teammates, including Floyd Landis and Tyler Hamilton, are cooperating witnesses in the report.

The AP is breaking that Lance Armstrong has given up his years-long fight against doping charges filed against him by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and will be stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and will face a lifetime ban from cycling.
