You’ve been hearing a lot about supermodel/Tom Brady’s wife Gisele Bundchen these last few days. And some people have heard just about enough.

A star athlete. A Supermodel. A New York-Boston rivalry. The Super Bowl – one of the signature media events out there. Cursing. The recent Tom Brady-Gisele stories are everything the New York Post ever wanted…and the paper’s not letting the opportunity go to waste.

Early this morning, Yahoo published a superb piece by Dan Wetzel detailing Tom Brady’s despondency in the minutes following his Super Bowl loss to the Giants. It’s gripping stuff — Brady literally sat in the locker room, in full uniform, looking at his feet and not talking for twenty minutes. It’s the type of piece that shows what it’s like for an impossibly famous person to come up short on an impossibly big stage. And one tidbit from the piece is too good not to pass along.

It’s not all bad. After Tom Brady’s last-second hail mary in Super Bowl 46 landed harmlessly in the endzone, and his Patriots fell to the Giants 21-17, and he had to sit in front of the media and answer questions about how it could’ve all gone wrong — again — he was embraced by his wife, who happens to be gorgeous international supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Life is full of lows and highs. But I think it’s safe to say that Tom Brady’s lows (losing the Super Bowl) and his highs (Gisele) are a bit different than the average person’s. More photos, after the jump.

Gisele Bundchen is just worried for her husband, like any loving spouse would be. That husband, of course, is Tom Brady, he’s got a big game coming up on Sunday, and apparently, Gisele’s trying everything she can to send good vibes his way. Maybe she’s even trying a little too hard.

There is no way to ignore Tom Brady’s new hairdo. The Patriots quarterback was spotted in Rio de Janeiro sporting a ponytail sure to make Pats fans cringe.
