Matt Moore’s hopes couldn’t have been too high. Yes, he performed admirably for the Dolphins last season, but the team took Ryan Tannehill in the first round of the NFL Draft, and taking a quarterback with your first-round pick sends a message to the other quarterbacks on your roster.
