The NBA All-Star break brought sports, mostly, to a screeching halt, so last night we were left with precious few colleges games, men’s and women, and some NHLing. Here are the highlights of what you missed.

Saturday was a pretty slow night in the sports world. Luckily, it was buoyed by an ultra-rare FIVE OVERTIME game between Notre Dame and Louisville! What?! Yes, that’s FIVE overtimes. Crazy. Oh, also, the Mavericks and Warriors played. Let’s get into it.

Dr. Phil recently interviewed Roniah Tuiasosopo regarding his role in the Manti Te’o hoax, and the show will air on Thursday and Friday. In a clip that aired on TODAY, today, Dr. Phil told viewers that Tuiasosopo genuinely fell in love with Te’o. Video, after the jump.

Notre Dame AD Jack Swarbrick gave us some clarity in a press conference he held a little over an hour ago, in which he said Manti Te’o was in fact not in on the girlfriend hoax, but did know something was up a few weeks prior to the story breaking today. The hammer allegedly dropped on Te’o when he a received a phone call on December 26 from a girlfriend he believed dead for over two months.
